Why It Matters

“… Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, shall he find faith on the earth?” Luke 18:8

These words of Jesus tell us two things: He is coming again, and it will be a time when Christianity is in decline: “Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; speaking lies and hypocrisy, having their conscience seared with a hot iron” (1Timothy 4:1-20). There IS A Righteous Cause!

“Open your mouth for the dumb and the cause of all such as are appointed for destruction” (Proverbs 31:8).

The dumb speaks of those who have no voice. I say to you, the unborn in their mothers’ wombs are the dumb. They have no voice, and in America, they have no rights. And those whose mothers have an appointment with an abortion clinic, “are appointed to destruction.” There is a mark on the calendar, but it’s not the day of their birth—It’s their appointment with the doctor of death.

The Bible says: “Open your mouth! Speak out! Stand up for those who have no voice!” That little baby in his mother’s womb has no voice and no ability to speak up for himself. God said: “Take up their cause and open your mouth!” There is a cause—a righteous cause! Continue reading There IS A Righteous Cause!

The Supreme Court Is Not the Supreme Being

“If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3).

On Friday, June 26, 2015, the final stone in the foundation of marriage in America was removed by the Supreme Court. This is not about equality for all people. This is the redefining of marriage, which authority is not governed by human law. The Supreme Court is not the Supreme Being. Marriage is not an institution created by man. Marriage was God’s idea. He created the blueprint for marriage, and He is on record that it is between “one man and one woman.” When He created woman from man, He personally brought her to the man. God never brings a man to a man or a woman to a woman. He said:

Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh” (Genesis 2:24). At the time, Adam didn’t have a mother or father, so why did God say this? He was laying as a foundation for all time the governing principle: Marriage is between a husband and wife. Fatherless Can Mean Futureless

“The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are altogether become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no not one.” Psalm 14:2-3

We are in a Noahic parallel: The earth is filled with violence, chaos, and great troubles, both natural and man-made (Genesis 6:12-13). Apostle Paul said that these things would increase and intensify as birth pangs upon a woman in labor (1Thess.5:3). While there are many variables that feed into these conditions, a major cause is the lack of the fear of God.  This is a direct result of the spirit of godlessness that has infiltrated our society since World War II. The 1950s was a time of blessings and prosperity. The emphasis in America was God, country, and family. Continue reading Fatherless Can Mean Futureless

Is God  in the Voting Booth?

It’s that time again – time to lift your voice for your choice of those whom you believe will serve our nation well in their elected offices — It’s time to VOTE!

Do you exercise your right — your privilege — to go to the polls and cast your vote? If you don’t, then you really do not have a right to voice your opinion or complaint about the way things are being run and done in your community and the nation. And as a Christian, you should cast your vote for those who espouse the ideals and beliefs that you stand for. Continue reading Is God  in the Voting Booth?
